Then internet gurus have long ruled the roost for the greater fraction of online sales on the internet. At least in terms of IM products and services. A lot of this comes from the fact that most of the gurus rely on JV partnerships, and ultimately promote for one another. It’s very hard to break into this little circle of friends that they have, but not entirely impossible.

It’s very, very, seldom that they ever let a complete unknown or outsider come into play with them. Many of them do deny that this circle does in fact exist. But, it’s actually not to hard to figure out when you actually see them only promoting for the products from the same circle again, and again. I guess being amongst the internet gurus would be a great thing to be able to rely on.

Today though, in marketing, we are beginning to see a lot of the general public tiring very quickly of internet gurus and their tactics. Some, believe that it’s a bit of a conspiracy and many are starting to turn their backs on them, in favor of purchasing products through lesser known, quieter, and perhaps more honest business owners. Is this trend going to continue, and will we start to see the demise of internet gurus as we know them. Only the future can tell I guess.
